Dr Khaidhir completed his medical training at the University of Queensland, Australia. He worked as a House Officer in Australia before returning home to serve as a Medical Officer at Hospital Selayang. He joined University of Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) in 2002. Since then, he has completed his training as a General and Urological Surgeon. He has worked and did his Clinical Fellowship in Urology in Melbourne Australia.
He was a Consultant Urologist at UMMC since 2011 before joining Avisena Specialist Hospital in March 2019. With a long history of working at UMMC as a Consultant Urologist and dealing with a wide varieties of urological cases in one of the busiest public hospital in Malaysia, he has equipped himself and bring his experiences to Avisena Specialist Hospital.

His special area of interest are minimally invasive urology (endourology) dealing with simple and complex kidney stones (laser surgery/PCNL) and prostate diseases.
