AVISENA Antenatal Classes provide you with interesting information about your pregnancy, your labour process, care of your newborn, some important breathing techniques during your labour and suitable antenatal exercises.
Conducted by our Specialists, we also allow you to discuss any doubts you might have and provide some tips on how both parents can cope during labour process and early parenthood.
