Effective 15th June 2020, Avisena will reopen our Sutera Lounge complete with comprehensive health and safety measures to offer guests greater peace of mind throughout their experience.
The lounge will operate daily from 8 am to 5 pm (Monday to Friday) and 8 am to 1 pm (Saturday), with a maximum capacity of 10 to 14 guests at any one time.
In line with recommendations from the Ministry of Health Malaysia, Sutera Lounge has implemented the following safety measures at the lounge:
- Sutera Lounge booking for appointment a day before by 3pm for Food Preparation purposes.
- Number of Companion per Visit: Only 1 Companion & 2 Companion for patients below 12 years
- Requirement to wear face masks upon arrival;
- Contactless registration into the lounge including check in via the ‘MySejahtera’ App and temperature scanning;
- Hand sanitisers at all critical locations within the lounge;
- Lounge seats are marked and separated as per social distancing guidelines;
- Digital food and beverage ordering. Take away options for meals are also available for patients who do not wish to stay in the lounge.
