Like most businesses, Avisena Healthcare had to make fundamental changes to face the unexpected pandemic. Yet, the challenges we faced also presented opportunities for us to help Malaysia’s journey to recovery as we rallied to organise vaccination drives, food bank programmes and even free medical treatments for recent flood victims. We sincerely hope that these humble efforts have made a difference.
We also had the opportunity to reflect on how to prepare ourselves to meet demands of modern healthcare and future challenges. With sustainable principles guiding our actions and a focus on developing digitally-driven innovations such as our telehealth service, TrueCare2U, we’re already moving in this direction.
While we’re ready to meet expectations as a future-ready healthcare service provider, we still take great pride in delivering personal attention to patients. More than anything else, this singular principle has seen us through our growth from a small healthcare facility back in 1997 to where we are today.
Our staff force, now over 1000 strong, are instrumental in delivering this promise. We would not be where we are today if not for the personal choices our employees make every day to give their very best.
